Context

We had to create a design activation for Tuborg to attract millennials and zoomers and help them release the pressure. So we focused on a thing which dreads yong people the most.

Today each job posting receives up to 200 applications within the first 24 hours. Young people are drowning in this, especially with the inglorious LinkedIn #OpenToWork badge which brings both visibility and  the stigma. You can read more about the case at the D&AD site.

What I did here

Worked on research, idea, copywright, naming, supervised design and the video case edit. Didn't go to get the awards though, so my art director got the pencil for both of us!

Why I love this project

I love the feeling when you find out that the problem which seems like a problem only to you suddenly turns out to be a thing which is talked about everywhere, from big media articles to TikTok and Reddit.
